• Press windows+r to open run and then type regedit. Press Enter.
• Now in Registry Editor navigate to the following key. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\Background. There create a new DWORD value and name it as OEMBackground. Set it’s value as Hexadecimal – 1 .
  
  
• Now go to c:\Windows\System32\oobe and there create new folder and name it as info.There create one more folder and name this one as  backgrounds .
• Now copy the image you want as background for welcome screen here and rename the image to backgroundDefault, also make sure that the image size is less than 256 KB.
  
• If you need any good background image for welcome screen search for “Windows 7 Wallpapers” in Google image search. You will get many.

Windows 8 OS Coming In 2012

Microsoft has disclosed that it is planning its next operating system Windows 8 in 2012. This was announced recently in the Professional Developers Conference 2009.

 

Stephen Chapman of Microsoft had told that the company was developing the roadmap for the arrival of the next OS. The so called Office Professional Plus 2010 productivity suite will be the successor to the recently released Windows 7 OS.

 

The next OS, codenamed as Windows 8 is touted to be major release in 2012.

 

Microsoft had launched its latest Windows 7 on October 22 this year. It is being projected as Release Updates to the Windows Vista OS.

 

Apple is also developing its newer versions of the operating system in every two years. So these two giants are coming up with new updates to reach the users. Leopard and Snow Leopard are the two latest OS released by Apple.

How To Do A Remote Install Of Windows Software

hello friends....
When you are dealing with thousands of computers with hundreds of different requirements this is a necessity. Now we can use our OUs or organizational units to deploy applications.
Let’s open up our Active Directory Users and Accounts.

Pick who you want to deploy the applications to.  Right click on that OU and choose properties.

Then click on the group policy tab at the top right of the window and then we need to click open to get to the management interface.

Whatever is in the OU you choose, computers or users, they will all be affected. In this situation it means they will have the software deployed to it.
We will next be taken to this screen:

This is called the group policy management screen.  The OU you selected two steps back will be highlighted on the left hand side and any policies assigned to it will appear in the right pane. You can see I have a GPO called OfcStd, which is my shorthand for Office Standard.
This group policy deploys Office 2003 standard to the machines in this OU. Now let’s see how to do it from scratch.
Right click on the OU and choose create and link a GPO here.

That will take you to a screen that will ask you to name your GPO. It looks like this:

Name your GPO something that is helpful in understanding what it does. I named mine test software installation. That will take us to the same screen with the new blank GPO added. You will want to right click on it and choose edit like so:

After clicking edit we will be in the group policy object editor. Depending on if you want the software assigned to the computer or the user (computer will always install to the same machine and user will follow the user to whatever machine they are using). Expand either computer configuration –> software settings or user configuration software settings like you see below:

After clicking on the software installation item below the software settings folder you will see this:

Right click on the right pane and choose new –> package as shown above.

I chose Office 2003 standard’s installer called STD11.msi. and I am done. That is really it! You have deployed your first software package. Imagine how much time this can save if used properly!
Now you can test it by logging in as a user, in that OU, if you choose the user configuration above. If you choose the computer configuration you would use a computer in that OU. Sometimes it takes a reboot and in extreme cases two to see the installation.  When you are successful you will see a screen directly after logging in telling you that it is installing your applications. How cool is that?

Google serves almost 80 percent of all search queries on the Internet, proving itself as the most popular search engine. However Google makes it possible to reach not only the publicly available information resources, but also gives access to some of the most confidential information that should never have been revealed. In this post I will show how to use Google for exploiting security vulnerabilities within websites. The following are some of the hacks that can be accomplished using Google.

 

1. Hacking Security Cameras

 

There exists many security cameras used for monitoring places like parking lots, college campus, road traffic etc. which can be hacked using Google so that you can view the images captured by those cameras in real time. All you have to do is use the following search query in Google. Type in Google search box exactly as follows and hit enter

Click on any of the search results (Top 5 recommended) and you will gain access to the live camera which has full controls. You will see something as follows

As you can see in the above screenshot, you now have access to the Live cameras which work in real-time. You can also move the cameras in all the four directions, perform actions such as zoom in and zoom out. This camera has really a less refresh rate. But there are other search queries through which you can gain access to other cameras which have faster refresh rates. So to access them just use the following search query.

Click on any of the search results to access a different set of live cameras. Thus you have hacked Security Cameras using Google.

 

2. Hacking Personal and Confidential Documents

 

Using Google it is possible to gain access to an email repository containing CV of hundreds of people which were created when applying for their jobs. The documents containing their Address, Phone, DOB, Education, Work experience etc. can be found just in seconds.

Freeup or clean RAM using Notepad

one of the main component of computer that is responsible for the process of the operating system. Since all the Operating systems support Multiprocessing, hence require a good RAM speed.
Since all the current running processes are stored onto the RAM, it slows the system speed. Sometimes the process which have executed but are not required by the OS are stored on the RAM. So, we can remove or freeup the RAM with unused junk data to Speedup the System or processing speed.
We can clean the RAM just by using a Notepad application. This donot require any advanced software. The process to do so is as follows.


Open Notepad

Type
FreeMem=Space(64000000)
save it as “CleanRAM.vbs” on desktop
Note: Type the name of file along with inverted commas
Run the file and your RAM may be free.
Of course you can edit the code in the file for a greater “cleaning-progress”.

1. Create a new folder anywhere on your system

Install Windows xp in less than 15 minutes

frequently install windows xp operating system. Normally OS installation takes around 40 minutes to complete, but through this trick you can now save 10-15 minutes. This simple tricks goes this way.

1. Boot through Windows XP CD.

2. After all the files are completely loaded, you get the option to select the partition. Select “c”.
3. Now Format the partition, whether it is normal or quick with NTFS or FAT
4. Once the formatting is completed, All the setup files required for installation are copied. Restart your system by pressing Enter.
Now, here begins the Simple trick to save 10-15 minutes.
5. After rebooting, you get a screen where it takes 40 minutes to complete or finalize the OS installation.
6. Now, Press SHIFT + F10 Key ->  This opens command prompt.
7. Enter “Taskmgr” at the command prompt window. This will open Task Manager.
8. Click the Process Tab, here we find a process called Setup.exe -> Right Click on Setup.exe -> Set Priority -> Select High or Above Normal. Initially it will be Normal.
Thats it, no more work to do. Relax your self and see how fast the installation process completes

Recover Windows XP Administrator Password

How to Use Windows 7 Without Activation

Most of you might be aware of the fact that it is possible to use Windows 7 and Vista for 120 days without activation. This is actually possible using the slmgr -rearm command which will extend the grace period from 30 days to 120 days. However in this post I will show you a small trick using which it is possible to use Windows 7 without activation for approximately an year! Here is a way to do that.

1. Goto “Start Menu -> All Programs -> Accessories” . Right click on “Command Prompt” and select “Run as Administrator“. If you are not the administrator then you are prompted to enter the password, or else you can proceed to step-2.
2. Now type the following command and hit enter

slmgr -rearm

3. You will be prompted to restart the computer. Once restarted the trial period will be once again reset to 30 days. You can use the above command for up to 3 times by which you can extend the trial period to 120 days without activation.
4. Now comes the actual trick by which you can extend the trial period for another 240 days. Open Registry Editor (type regedit in “Run” and hit Enter) and navigate to the following location

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\SoftwareProtectionPlatform

5. In right-side pane, change value of SkipRearm to 1.
6. Now you will be able to use the slmgr -rearm command for another 8 times so that you can skip activation process for another 240 days. So you will get 120 + 240 = 360 days of free Windows 7 usage.

120 days using “slmgr -rearm” command before registry edit+
240 days using “slmgr -rearm” command after registry edit
= 360 Days

press ok to close all windows.

step 2:
open firefox icon's properties(from desktop and quick launch). add extension -p to command line(like "c:\program files\mozilla firefox\firefox.exe" -p). press ok.

while starting firefox u have to create two separate profiles of firefox so that u can login to two accounts of any(orkut,yahoo,rediff or anything else).......
for three logins create three profiles of firefox.........

3.Click on the transparent proxy fresh transparent proxy list
