Soon,India will Shift to 11-digit Mobile Numbers

Come Janurary all mobile user in the country may have
11-digit mobile numbers instead of thier 10-digit mobile
numbers.The subscribers will have to 9 to the existing
10-digit number.the proposed migration is likely to be
implemented from 1 janurary 2010.india is adding an
average of 15 million new customers every month
.a new numbering plan was required to accomdate
the increasing uumbers of subscribers,as seprated by Business Standard
